TBRI is an attachment-based, trauma-informed, whole-child approach to meeting the complex needs of children and youth who have experienced early adversity, toxic stress and/or relational trauma. TBRI Caregiver Training is a mandatory Cornerstone training for all Bloom foster parents that must be completed during your initial licensure period (first two years as a foster parent). Ideally, all foster parents should complete this training during their first year of licensure. TBRI consists of 4 modules that are 6 hours each. Each module is broken up into two sessions and delivered via Zoom at different times throughout the year. This training will be led by Dr. Mark Andrews. Please see the link under Bloom Cornerstone trainings on Bloom Connect for a full-list of dates for TBRI modules throughout the year.
